1.This transformers oil immersed with natural self cooling (ONAN), three-phase, 50/60 Hz, for indoor and outdoor installation.it easily adopt to the installation situation, easy connection process, and low loss and low noise solution for power grid.

Structure

The active parts of an oil-immersed transformer

The advantage of this transformer is the core which wound with amorphous alloy ribbons, which possesses a no-load loss 80% lower than normal oil transformer(with silicon steel core); The LV coils are wound with copper foil, which reinforces the ability to withstand short circuit for the transformer AMDT with connection Dyn11 can lighten harmonics impact on the network and improve the quality of the power supplied;
The tank and cover are welded together, forming a hermetically sealed construction which lengthens the service life of AMDT and makes it repair-free; The vacuum oil filling eliminates all bubbles in the coils to ensure stable characteristics of insulation; Each transformer passes a full-wave lighting impulse test before delivery to ensure its safety operation. A peak voltage 25% higher than the value required by national standard is applied during the test.

Functions:1. Insulation protection: The oil tank is filled with insulating oil, isolating live parts like windings and cores from the air, preventing impurities from affecting insulation and avoiding breakdowns.
2. Heat dissipation: Corrugated heat sinks increase the contact area with air. When oil heats up and rises, it releases heat through the sinks. Cooled oil then sinks, forming a natural cycle to keep the transformer's temperature in check.
3.Mechanical protection: The tank provides a sturdy casing, protecting internal components from mechanical damage.
Advantages:It offers efficient heat - dissipation, adapts to oil volume changes, reduces maintenance costs, and has a compact structure, improving installation flexibility.

 

High - Voltage Porcelain Insulators

1.High-performance internal insulation. The insulation resistance at 20 kV is not less than 500 MΩ.

Heat sinks

1.High-efficiency Heat Dissipation:Large-surface - area design maximizes contact with cooling medium (air/oil), enabling rapid heat transfer and efficient dissipation of transformer - generated heat.

4. The material of transformer: We have two types, one is with copper and another one is with aluminum. It depends on your requirement. In fact, those two have difference if normal work well. Only except the long life. Copper is better and also higher price.
