SG(B) type H class insulated dry-type transformer with air-barrier from TAILI ELECTRIC  has strong ability to withstand thermal shock, large overload capacity, flame retardant, high fireproof performance, low loss, small partial discharge, low noise, no harmful gas, no pollution of the environment, insensitive to humidity, dust, small volume, no cracking, easy maintenance, therefore, it is most suitable for high fireproof requirements, large load fluctuations and dirty and humid harsh environments such as: airports, power plants, metallurgical operations, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, residential areas and petrochemical plants, nuclear power plants, nuclear submarines and other special environments, Power plants, metallurgical operations, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, dense residential areas and petrochemical, nuclear power plants, nuclear submarines and other special environments.

Structure

High temperature resistant coil
The component has a well - designed structure. Its advanced materials enable it to resist temperatures up to 150 °C. The high - quality insulation not only offers good electrical insulation but also makes it less likely to age. This, along with its structure, greatly improves the machine's life and ensures reliable operation in tough conditions.

Cross flow cooling fan
The cross - flow cooling fan is installed adjacent to the windings. Its blades are designed to direct air across a wide heat - dissipation area. As the fan operates, it accelerates air movement, quickly removing heat. This reduces heat increase, preventing component overheating and enhancing the transformer's reliability for stable long - term operation.

Winding
Function: It's the electrical part of a transformer, transmitting electricity, generating flux and induced EMF, and achieving voltage transformation and power transfer via electromagnetic induction.
Structure: Made of insulated copper or aluminum wires, divided into high and low - voltage windings. Concentric arrangement, with low - voltage inside and high - voltage outside, is commonly adopted for easy insulation and simple structure.

1.The payment term: We accept TT, with 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL.
2.The delivery time: Usually it will take about 15 - 20 days.
3.The standard of package: Usually use a strong plywood case for protection.
4.The material of transformer: We have two types. One is with copper and the other is with aluminum. It depends on your requirement. In fact, those two are different when they are working well. The only difference is in long - term use. Copper is better and also has a higher price.
5.The logo: If you have a large quantity, it is absolutely no problem to do OEM.
