General
This design from TAILI of Solar step up transformer is critical component in solar energy distribution syste.It plays an important role from non-renewable sources,its step up voltage which produced by the solar inverters,and output power of photovoltaic power generation system with uncontinuous sunshine intensity and duration makes it necessary to bare the constant loading and dampened reaction process.

1.The step - up voltage transformer for solar PV systems is designed according to project requirements and in compliance with IEC standards. Local electric authorities may adopt IEC standards and also develop their own to meet local needs and regulations.
2.Lower loss,lower noise,lower partial discharge and excellent dynamic thermal stability.
3.Excellent overload capacity with long term operation under 110% load.
4.Energy conservation,compact size,running economically and free for maintenance.

1.Ambient temperature: Maximum +40ºC,Minimum temperature -25ºC.
2. Humidity: daily average no higher than 95% ,monthly average no higher than 90%.
3.Altitude: less than 1500 meters.
4.Seismic level: less than 3m/s2 at horizontal direction and less than 1.5m/s² at vertical direction.
5.Max wind speed: 35M/s.
- Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution,no explosive and corrosive gas and dust,with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.
Structure
Core
It is the magnetic core of the transformer, usually made of silicon - steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity. The silicon - steel sheets are stacked to form the core, which provides a path for the magnetic flux and ensures a uniform distribution of the magnetic field, improving the conversion efficiency.
The oil conservator
It has several functions and advantages. It adjusts the oil volume, reduces oil oxidation and moisture absorption, protects the transformer insulation, and enables the installation of protection devices. It can extend the transformer's service life, improve operation reliability, facilitate maintenance and monitoring, and adapt to different environmental conditions.
The oil tank
It serves to hold insulating oil. This oil plays a dual role in insulation and cooling. Its advantage lies in providing reliable electrical insulation, preventing short - circuits. Also, it effectively dissipates heat generated during operation, ensuring stable and long - term performance of the transformer.

1.The payment term: We accept TT, with 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL.
2.The delivery time: Usually it will take about 15 - 20 days.
3.The standard of package: Usually use a strong plywood case for protection.
4.The material of transformer: We have two types. One is with copper and the other is with aluminum. It depends on your requirement. In fact, those two are different when they are working well. The only difference is in long - term use. Copper is better and also has a higher price.
5.The logo: If you have a large quantity, it is absolutely no problem to do OEM.
