Structure
The active parts of an oil-immersed transformer
Core:Core is made of high permeability grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel. The core of the new core, miter joints convolution type iron core, its legs of circular cross section multi-step, the yoke and the core of constant section. The design boosts energy efficiency and load-handling capacity. The tightly-stacked laminations form a continuous magnetic path, which is crucial for the transformer's performance.
Windings:There are primary and secondary windings. These are coils of insulated wire. The windings are where the electrical energy is transferred through electromagnetic induction. When an alternating current flows through the primary winding, it creates a changing magnetic field in the core, which in turn induces an alternating voltage in the secondary winding according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction.
Oil tank with corrugated heat sinks
Functions:1. Insulation protection: The oil tank is filled with insulating oil, isolating live parts like windings and cores from the air, preventing impurities from affecting insulation and avoiding breakdowns.
2. Heat dissipation: Corrugated heat sinks increase the contact area with air. When oil heats up and rises, it releases heat through the sinks. Cooled oil then sinks, forming a natural cycle to keep the transformer's temperature in check.
3.Mechanical protection: The tank provides a sturdy casing, protecting internal components from mechanical damage.
Advantages:It offers efficient heat - dissipation, adapts to oil volume changes, reduces maintenance costs, and has a compact structure, improving installation flexibility.
High - Voltage Porcelain Insulators
1.High-performance internal insulation. The insulation resistance at 20 kV is not less than 500 MΩ.

Heat sinks
1.High-efficiency Heat Dissipation:Large-surface - area design maximizes contact with cooling medium (air/oil), enabling rapid heat transfer and efficient dissipation of transformer - generated heat.
2.Optimal Structure:Well-spaced, fin-like structure. Fins arranged to boost natural/forced convection of cooling medium, ensuring smooth fluid flow and preventing heat build - up.
3.Durable Material:Made of high - quality aluminum alloy or copper for great thermal conductivity. Can endure high-temp and mechanical vibration in transformer's operation, ensuring long-term reliability.
4.Corrosion-resistant:Corrosion-resistant materials safeguard heat sinks from rust and degradation, extending lifespan and maintaining heat - dissipation efficiency.

1.The payment term: We accept TT, with 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL.
2.The delivery time: Usually it will take about 15 - 20 days.
3.The standard of package: Usually use a strong plywood case for protection.
4.The material of transformer: We have two types. One is with copper and the other is with aluminum. It depends on your requirement. In fact, those two are different when they are working well. The only difference is in long - term use. Copper is better and also has a higher price.
5.The logo: If you have a large quantity, it is absolutely no problem to do OEM.
