Oil-immersed distribution transformers play a very important role in the electricity transmission, can be directly converted from the high-voltage power grid to low voltage and used for end-users, due to the small capacity, low voltage, the design of more economic and practicality, so as to be widely used for different applications. 1.This oil-immersed transformer  with natural self cooling (ONAN), three-phase, 50/60 Hz, for indoor and outdoor installation.it easily adopt to the installation situation, easy connection process, and low loss and low noise solution for power grid.

Core

Core is made of high permeability grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel. The core of the new core, miter joints convolution type iron core, its legs of circular cross section multi-step, the yoke and the core of constant section. The design boosts energy efficiency and load-handling capacity. The tightly-stacked laminations form a continuous magnetic path, which is crucial for the transformer's performance.

Oil tank with corrugated heat sinks 

Functions:1. Insulation protection: The oil tank is filled with insulating oil, isolating live parts like windings and cores from the air, preventing impurities from affecting insulation and avoiding breakdowns.

2. Heat dissipation: Corrugated heat sinks increase the contact area with air. When oil heats up and rises, it releases heat through the sinks. Cooled oil then sinks, forming a natural cycle to keep the transformer's temperature in check.

3.Mechanical protection: The tank provides a sturdy casing, protecting internal components from mechanical damage.
