Purpose of KIOSK substation:

KIOSK YBM type substation are outdoor substations and are used to receive electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz or 60HZ, voltage of 6 or 10 kV, convert it into electricity with a voltage of 0.4 kV and supply it to consumers and other equipment for output.
 

YBM kiosk type are not intended for:
work in conditions of shaking, vibration, shock;

Transformer equipment produced by the TAILI ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. is qualified and certified, complies with the IEC standard and IEEE standard. Quality control at the TAILI has consists of two stages:  quality control  of materials and components is carried out. The second stage is acceptance testing, which include routine testing items and special testing items required from customers.

Kiosk YBM is a prefabricated-welded frame structure, consisting of:
transformer chambers (CT);
removable high-voltage block;
built-in high voltage device cabinet ;
built-in low voltage switchgear .
YBM of kiosk type is formed by High voltage compartment, a side removable wall and a door for maintenance and replacement of a power transformer. The doors of the transformer chamber open from the transformer chamber. High-voltage bushings, LV bushing insulators, a traverse with pin insulators, as well as high-voltage arresters are installed on the cover of the retractable high-voltage unit,
In the upper part of the high-voltage block there is a traverse with LV pin insulators, to which the wires of the 0.4 kV line are connected.
When using a kiosk-type YBM with cable glands on the LV side, LV bushing insulators, a traverse with LV pin insulators, are not installed.
HV busbars fixed on support insulators, as well as 0.4 kV wires fixed on the side walls pass through the high-voltage unit.
